Lovely atmosphere and friendly l, attentive staff. Scallops and fish soup starters were nice. The Seafood pasta and Smoked Haddock were lovely! We go there again.

Stumbled upon this delightful place by chance, when doing our monthly trips to Leigh On Sea. Small, cosy, dog-friendly eatery, with a limited but mouth-watering fish & seafood menu (they equally have vegetarian food and the odd meat dish). We ordered the seafood linguine (fabulous and retains the salt of the sea taste) and the seafood Bouillabaisse (disappointingly drowning in a thick overpowering tomato sauce, so seafood taste is lost in this). Staff friendly, nice atmosphere, overall an enjoyable experience and would return again.

Beautiful place!!! Came here with a group of 5 people (and a dog!) very dog friendly and the staff were super! Food was lovely and the fish was the star of the meal. Really enjoyed our paella. Music was also lovely and got us ready for our weekend in Southend, thank you!!

The best meal we had in Leigh On Sea.Starter: Calamari. Crispy and perfectly fried, not heavyMains: Tuna Steak. Lovely- for my taste it was slightly over cooked. Comes with potato salad and a horseradish sauceFish stew: my husband loved itDessert: Roasted fig with amaretto gelato. This dish really got my heart. Probably one of the best dessert I had, the ice cream was perfect!The girl serving us was friendly and attentive, the decor is bougie and they are also pet friendly!Definitely worth a visit if you are in town!

This is my second visit to this restaurant. I came back for these Argentine red prawns. Tender prawns with intense flavor. The accompanying bread is delicious, soft and perfect to mop up the sauce and prawn juices.

We had lobster risotto and haddock. The risotto is delicious dusted in parmesan cheese, both distinctive flavours blends superbly. The haddock is of top quality, tasting divine topped with a perfect poached egg and accompanied by horseradish sauce. Every mouthful is heavenly. Only a top chef could produce such a flavoursome dish using the simplest everyday ingredients. Compliments!

Superb.. Saturday evening with my mum and son and the dog! Everyone made a fuss of the dog, sausage on the menu for him. The lovely lady owner made good conversation, and the food and service were excellent. I've been a few times before and will keep going back. Love the ambience of this place.

We had a great meal here the other day and it was lovely to see such a range of seafood on the menu. The decor was eclectic and cute and our server, right away, was great at making recommendations. The food overall was very good too and we especially liked the calamari, goat cheese salad and seafood pasta. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that my friend ordered the crab risotto, and about 25 minutes later, we were told there wasn't any crab available so they had to change their order. Otherwise, everything was good and I would definitely return!

Nice seafood restaurant is Leigh-on-Sea.Ordered mussels and jambalaya with Chips and bread. Food was nice although not excellent, mussels sauce lacked finesse. Jambalaya had too many kidney beans and the prawns were tiny.Service was great and friendly, nice buzz to the restaurant too, although some diners might find the drinkers in the bar a bit too loud.Give it a go.
