Younger employee not trained on correct company protocol. Owner was extremely arragant, obnoxious and unfit to be dealing with or in the proximity of any member of the general public. A refresher course on the aspects of how to be civil wouldn't be out of the question, if there was ever any civility there in the first place. Parts of vehicle not washed properly either, as road grime still on lower parts of doors that the proprietor washed himself. Seems like a severe lack of customer service or even interest in trying throughout the entire process. With the amount of other facility's at hand it wouldn't be hard for anyone to move elsewhere with their custom, and given their recent reviews, it's looking like I'm not the only person dissatisfied with the service. Quite a shame I actually have to apply even the one star to this review.

A very good local car wash with exceptional customer service and great prices. Friendly staff and a coffee cabin with a table and chairs make this spot worth a visit.

A friendly efficient family run business which really makes you feel special as a customer and that they really care. I gladly travel over 30 miles just to get the friendly service for both carwashing and roof box hire.

Having used many valet/car wash businesses in and around Lisburn, this is the one that I keep coming back to. They have a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and make sure that you are happy to drive away in a spotlessly clean car every time. Not always the cheapest but always consistent in quality of work. You can be assured that the chemicals and cleaning agents are all branded quality which is not something that can be said for some of the more dodgy pop up car washes that we see appearing in every gap in the wall....

Got 6 years of grime from our car, made it look like new. I was so clean I felt guilty driving itMuch needed post lockdown tlc! Worth every penny.

Would normally go here for car wash . Usually spot on but come on lads, even I could spot that missed but a mile off.
