The service was faultless from start to finish. I dealt with Colin throughout the process. He made communication so easy. If I had any questions I either WhatsApped him or called. There was no waiting around for answers/replies. A very rare, appreciated quality in customer serviceI visited the factory and was made to feel like there was no rush at all. I could ask lots of questions and see samples. I even viewed samples outside to see them in different lightMy job was quite small and yet the customer service was like I was giving the company a massive jobThe measuring guys and fitters were all friendly and easy to communicate with (I like asking questions). They were meticulousThe final product speaks for itself. I am beyond pleased. This was one of the most expensive options for me and wanted to invest in something that I've always wanted - I am really pleased that I found this company to make that happen. Highly highly recommended!!!!

I cannot recommend Hd granite enough. From start to finish the service we received was excellent,The sales team offered excellent advice when choosing the type and colour of granite to complement our kitchen units.Fitters - Daryl and Ethan were both professional and friendly and did a fantastic job in the actual fitting of granite. All work areas were left clean and tidy and I could not be happier with the end result. Thanks guys . Show room well worth a visit too .
