Poor customer service on the phone. Young man had a rude tone of voice when asked about an order placed 12 days ago.I understand that the shop is busy and you may be flustered, but that's not how you deal with a customer that's already paid and waited patiently (so far) for their order.If you can't fulfil orders, reaching out to the customer and letting them know would be good service.

Ordered my son's new uniform over a month ago, it still hasn't arrived. Emails aren't replied too, the phone is never answered and the voicemail box is full. My son will now have to begin his SEN school with no uniform

My grandson goes to SEN school because of adhd/ autism and is very large 13 yr old as most children are that are adhd. This shop has had 5 weeks to get X- large jumpers and t- shirts but nothing. The school secretary has been going to this store several times over the 6 weeks holiday and nothing but one school jumper. Most of all they’ve all been paid for and the insult is they have put up the prices. Just not good enough

Bought two sweat shirts and one cardigan. Receipt was showing T-shirt instead of cardigan. Asked the person to change it.Came home checked the price according to the size on their web site, they ripped me off of £6. All three different sizes charged for £12.99.When checked the website it should have been 10.99 each.Be careful; check the website for prices before you go there.

Rude staff, they tried to overcharge me for a jumper that was £5 less on thier website! When I questioned it and they realised I had caught them out they said that it was because it was new stock and the price was going up online. I got a refund which they refused to give me at first. When I went on the website they have updated the price on the jumpers but only for the school I went to purchase jumpers for all the other schools still have jumpers that are £5 less. I will be shopping at school trends from now on!

My order didn't arrive in time despite it saying 3 to 5 days for delivery. I tried to go to the shop after work, with the promise of it being open til 9pm, desperate to get my child's uniform, only to discover the shop was shut at 5.30!

I phoned the shop to see if it was open today as I had left it very late in the day to try and get my daughter a skirt for school tomorrow. The shop were totally amazing and extremely helpful. They even offered to drop one off for me after they had closed as I couldn't get there before they closed due to work commitments.I can't recommend them enough nor thank them enough for their amazing customer service.

Placed an order on 3rd September, my bank account was debited, I still have not received the items, we are now at the end of October! Send several emails and left several answer phone messages, had no reply.

I ordered my son's school uniform 3 weeks ago, still not arrived. Tried to contact them over 3 days via phone, no answer at all, just greeted by their answer phone which is full. Tried to email them and they are still yet to respond. I've waited 3 days. Terrible service.
