Awful experience!!!! Took the phone into the shop for a simple speaker change and when I got it back the speaker worked but the AUX port didn't and nether did the charging port when they were fine before they had the phone, fixed the aux port but denied any liability about the charging port now it works when it wants too and my phone's not been the same since. Suspect they have swapped the port for a faulty one as few other reviews have said they've been swapping good parts for faulty ones. AVOID! Going to ring trading standards it's ether that or I'll drive my car through his shop window! Cheeky!!!

(((BE CAREFU)))It's really bad shop and service. Never go there. I left my Playstation and they said will fix it by five days. They did not and said sorry we need more five days n will call you but did not. I came to get my device and find a staff who was rude and said the Playstation in the shop then said in the car. Then I had to walk with him about 15 minutes and finally took it. So why did he keep it in his own car,

Bought wireless pad charger, they tried to sell it to me for 25 pound got it for ten, package was damaged and the charger dosent work. Reported to hull trading standards. Turns out the charger is 6 pound brand new on amazon. Will not be shopping here again as they are scam artist.

Took my iphone 7 in to get the screen repaired today and now the home button is falling out, the top speaker isn’t working and neither is the front camera. I rang to complain and ask what they were going to do about it and they said they will ring back, I have not had a call back and I cannot get through to speak to them again. Absolutely terrible. If I could give zero stars I would!

This shop is a complete con I took my phone to get fixed on the 3rd of July to notice white blemishes on my screen I then emailed them and I had no reply. Today my phone fell out of my bag and the whole front face of my phone has become unattached I went back straight away baring in mind I live in Beverley and they said nothing can be done about it. What a waste of £70 and the cheek they had to tell me for them to fix it again it would be another £50. Poor poor customer service all they want is your money. SCAMMERS! Not even worth 1 star

WARNING!!!!....Do not waste your money in this shop, 100% scammers, who sell/use cheap, shoddy parts! I went in their asking for a Samsung Galaxy S5 USB Lead, which they sold me one for £10, on getting home & inspecting my purchase, it was a cheap, unbranded USB lead, which retail on eBay for £1. I asked for a branded Samsung USB lead & received tatt! I took it back & the customer service was shocking, he even claimed it was a Samsung part, NO, Samsung parts have the logo on & this hadn't! I told the shop owner who denied it, so I threatened him with Trading Standards, too which he shoved the USB Lead into my hand! Unreal! I've heard others say how bad this shop is & having googled the shop & seeing the bad reviews, it makes me wonder how its still trading?! Message to the owner....In this country, we have a saying, that the customer is always right! & one last note, you have picked on the wrong customer, I will do everything in my powers to have you shut down! Compendia!!...On another note, I've noticed the ones who are giving this shop 5 stars, are called Mohammed, or other foreign names, probably friends of the owner!! .......................UPDATE ON MY REVIREW! THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT FROM THIS SHOP, BROKE & THE ELECTRICAL PARTS INSIDE, WERE DANGEROUS!! AVOID, AT ALL COSTS!!

Came in today to get my phone screen fixed. All I needed was just a simple screen repair as I had smashed it. Sent it in and the guy said it would cost 50 quid and take an hour. I was happy with this. Went back got my phone and it worked. 30 seconds later it cutoff and the screen went black. So I went back in and another guy said come back in 20 minutes. I was a bit pissed but I went and came back. At this point I was told he had put on a screen which was not compatible with my phone. So he said it would take another 30/40 minutes min so once again I left and came back to which I was told he didn't know how long it would take and the problem was now that the screen wouldn't connect to my phone. So my phone had a diffrent problem. After speaking to the guy I asked for my old screen and a refund. I then had to go to a diffrent shop for them to tell me it was the led lighting or something like that. So when I started all I had was just a working phone with a cracked screen now I have no phone which doesn't work and a very pissed of bank account...DON'T USE THESE GUYS. so beyond pissed off with them and the service!!!

Gave them a an iPhone 6 that was water damaged, took three weeks to get it back and after many visits and told them I don't want it fixed many times. After all that my wife picked it up and paid £60 for a back light". Took it home the phone had no sound and the screen keept shutting off. Took it back wanted my money back as the phone is not fixed

Came here today to get my girlfriends phone screen fixed (£65), guy took 3 hours and ended up breaking the “camera flex” (resulted in the front camera and the front speaker not working). Only realised this was an issue once we arrived home since the man did not check everything was in order before we left and almost didn’t give us a receipt. Told us we had to wait until next week to get the part but the store next door installed the part for £35 straight away and explained exactly what he was doing unlike Fone Tech who didn’t seem interested in us as customers, only giving us £20 back after breaking a vital part of the phone (after saying he would pay for any charges if we could get it fixed elsewhere). Would not recommend this company.
