I stored my things here for 2 years, expecting it to be just one. I was anxious about the lack of climate control but everything was in perfect condition when I moved it all out. Chaps there are super friendly, helpful and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to store there again.

I'd like to thank Craig who looked after us today. We arrived late, 15:48 on a Sunday when the office was due to close at 16:00. Craig couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us as we stored the contents of my son's student flat for the summer.The price was almost half that I was quoted elsewhere too, but I was especially grateful for such helpful, efficient service so late in the day. Thank you Craig !

At the beginning of the month Dan ( the younger guy with the lovely eyes smile and dark blondesh hair) helped me out massively! He was so kind charming and patient with me. Honestly he completely sorted me out as I had so many bags with me and it was my first time using this storage unit. Have to say he was absolutely lovely and a great person to have to work there! :))

Andy gave me a great deal for student storage over the summer, Dan helped us move in and made the whole process seamless and finally met Craig today while moving out, he was super friendly! I swear by this team, they’re amazing and friendly and make moving so much easier! Highly recommend!

They have the best deal I could find in Bristol, and the staff there is lovely! It was my second time using their service over the summer break. I want to thank Dan for helping me move my things into the unit and then helping me move out. He was really attentive and helpful! He also remembered me and my boyfriend and made us feel really welcome. Also big thanks to Andrew who checked me in this time as well as a year ago and ensured everything ran smoothly!
