W H Watts Pram Centre

Really impressed with this store. We live in Leeds but I am from Yarm originally and my best friend recommended WH Watts so we made the trip up to look round. We ordered our nursery furniture from there - mamas & papas brand but for approx £200 less than advertised on M&P website and with a free mattress for the cot! Very straight forward when I phoned to order over the phone. All items delivered on the day I requested. No fuss, no hassle. Free delivery to our address in Leeds. Really impressed and would definitely buy from them again.

When I bought my pram from here it was great service with very good quality. Unfortunately the shop has bad opening times for when your working but need to buy for a baby and if you do go the doors are always locked, you wait to be let in when a member of staff can be bothered and you are then locked into the shop while you look around which as well as being uncomfortable is also not safe if there is a fire. Still good quality stock though.

Absolutely fantastic service , help , advice and demonstration . My daughter and I were in the shop for nearly 2 hours trying out and comparing prams , the staff were so helpful , not pushy and showed us everything on the prams in fine detail.I cannot praise them enough and would most definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to buy a pram and car seat, they will not be dissapointed.

Wonderful for first time parents! Amy helped us out so much. We had our eye on a particular pram which she spent a lot of time going through all the details and helped us compare with others. She also went through prams, furniture, the best, rockers, highchairs and everything with patience and clear explaining. We felt so much better leaving having gone in there clueless. Thank you so much Amy, you were so lovey and patient.

We went to W H Watts today as we were recommended by a family member. Rachel spent two hours with us and was so so helpful (as was her colleague but we didn't catch her name) - Rachel was so patient walking us through all the products, gave us water on such a hot day and even put a buggy together that wasn't on the shop floor but we wanted to see. Rachel came and checked the car for us as we looked at the car seat and her opinion and advice came across so genuine and caring. We're so grateful for all their time - it's pretty overwhelming doing this for the first time so it was really great having such great customer service! We 100% recommend going here to get your pram!Thank you to Rachel and team!

Purchased our baby furniture from here very helpful and knowledgeable, held the furniture for us longer than expected due to house move.Once the furniture was assembled, I was left with the packaging, having been refused by the local recycling centre, I spoke to Watts who where more than happy to dispose of this for me, the lady even helped me cut the boxes up so thank you to her.

My wife and I bought a travel system and cot/bed from Watts recently and felt very happy with the customer service in store. All the ladies were very helpful and gave us some great advice. After we received the cot we realised it was damaged (manufacturing issue) and Michael was supportive and helpful in liaising with the manufacturer and organising a replacement part to be sent out.

Really helpful and informative. Didn't even know this shop existed. Would chose here over high street retailers. Great offer price, excellent service and fitted car seat too.

Hi I purchased a Cosatto pram the service we received was brilliant, the pram however has since developed a problem with the front swivel wheels wobbling we have been back twice and the wheels have been removed and checked we still have the problem. We have contacted Cosatto and are still waiting for a solution. This situation is not acceptable.H Doddy
