I have to commend their after sales service as brilliant. After a problem with the battery casing last year they arranged for collection of my trolley and returned it within 4 days with a new battery and other replacement parts and also fully serviced. Completely above and beyond what I expected. I would certainly purchase from them again. First class!

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with, had my trolley over 10 years ,on the occasions I have had a problem they have always been brilliant,have just had to send my trolley back for repair and as always they were very quick in effecting the repair and returning it,Excellent service,great people to deal with and of course great trolley

I recently had my trolley serviced and I am extremely pleased with result, several new parts were fitted and a clonk in one of the wheel hubs has been rectified. I took my trolley to the factory on a trip to Kent as I live in Scotland it was dropped of one day and I collected mid afternoon the second day and all for £99 bargin. The staff very friendly and helpful and they fitted in with my time scale. The trolley has been an excellent buy and I would recommend Go Kart to anyone looking for a golf trolley.

Above and Beyond Customer Service!Called up this morning after a wet path caused my trolley to tip backwards, this cracked the clip to keep the handle in place. After a call this morning, which was answered in under 5 seconds flat BTW, a replacement is in the post on the way to me with instructions on how to fix it.Brilliant company to buy from! 11/10.

I cannot praise this company enough. I agree that the only thing better than the trolley is the after sales service. Just rang them to say my buckle had broken. Not only did they pick up who I was from the telephone I had rung on they also fixed the problem for free with a smile in the voice. A great company to deal with.Oh and the fixed price service after a few years is a great deal too. It cost £99 and anything that needed fixing was fixed. The 18-hole Lithium battery still routinely copes with another round if I forget to charge it. Wonderful. I have many things to worry about on the golf course, the trolley is not one of them. August 2019 update. STILL great service from GoKart and now I have upgraded to the new version o am even more pleased. Lithium battery still going strong. Many thanks.

Went with a query having purchased a 2nd trolley. They made some adjustments for me on the spot.It's the reason I purchased a Go Kart as the club members all complemented the company on their service and attention to detail.

Had one for years. Cant fault it. Early issue with the battery which was very quickly resolved. When this one needs replacing I will get another GoKart. Great product, price and great Company.
