Good food selection, but the service is poor, I ordered a double espresso and was surprised when the lady filled the cup with water over the espresso shot?? When I nicely told her not to add water to the espresso she seemed irritated and said people usually order it that way. Then gave me one shot claiming it’s double espresso with rude attitude. Not very pleasant experience.

Food is OK. Portion sizes and prices are an absolute joke. A fiver for a spoonful of curry and if you ask for more they say you have to pay for more. Absolute rip.

It's just a small cafe not much selection but the food is hot and tastes nice.

A bit school dinner like, but for the price you can’t complain. £4.50 for a chicken roast dinner. Good value for money.

Super nice staff, always get great service here. Menu is always rotating with different food each week, most of it well priced and tasty and they also put on some good food events. Only issue I have is sometimes some of the food isnt up to scratch like the rice always seems microwaved which spoils the meal sometimes but in general this place is pretty mint they put the effort in.

Great cafeteria that serves both breakfast & lunch with a large selection of foods to suit any tastes. It's is subsidised for local employees of the surrounding businesses so prices are reasonable. Large screen showing the news channel so you can catch up on what's going on around the world while eating. Or you can view the River Orwell on one side & watch the cruise boats passing by.

Food is reasonable but overpriced, they up the cost of food frequently, once every few months, which is frustrating when you work close by. Now a burger, chips and a drink is 6.50, a latte for almost 3 pounds, a sausage barm for 2 pounds, not worth it with places like subway and Greg's nearby offering better value for money.

Lovely clean place. The food is very nice however when it’s busy at breakfast times the food isn’t that hot. All of the staff are friendly and it has a post office and shop right next door.

Leisurely and friendly. The breakfast is amazing, typically English with fried bread and blood sausage. Go the baked beans option over tomato, these beans are so tasty.
