I enquired about the Cupra born. They had a car in stock that I was interested in . Asked for a trade in figure for my current car . I was called back and advised of a new format they sell cars and it would be worth the effort for me to buy a car from them, as I would need to visit the garage on several occasions. No other dealer I enquired about mentioned this at all. I got the feeling they were not interested is selling me a car shocking in my option . I thought because they were a smaller dealer the service would have been better .

Really helpful service from Callum and Marcus and the new guy! I was in a bit of a rush, but Marcus went above and beyond to get everything sorted for me. Callum and the new person helped me with a few test drives and were really polite. Had some lovely conversations and got on really well with them. Highly recommend! Great service. Thank you.

A really excellent SEAT garage. Traveling through Scotland my Leon (under warranty) developed a fault. Luckily we were in Inverness so I popped in without an appointment. They diagnosed and advised on the problem within 45 minutes, allowing me to get on my way. I wish they were my local dealer! Couldn't recommend more highly. Adam

After a nightmare experience with Arnold Shark when I bought a Renault Kadjar and returned it a few days later as it was unsafe, I fortunately went to Bannerman Seat in Inverness and it was a totally different experience. No hard sell, spoke to Marcus the Sales Manager and explained what I was looking for and he told me what was available. Looked round a Seat Leon, was very impressed with it, took it out for a test drive a few hours later. I went ahead and bought it and picked it up 5 days later. Would totally recommend the Bannerman Group. Really friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and got half a tank of fuel included plus a 2 year Seat warranty and all the controls were explained in great detail to me. Wish I had gone direct to Bannerman in the first place. Chuffed to bits with my purchase! You won't go wrong buying from them.

Such a pleasant experience when my mum was purchasing her car. It was made as easy as it possibly could for us. All staff were lovely but Calum Ferguson in particular whom we dealt with was extremely helpful and patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was more than happy to help by answering any questions and explain everything in detail if we didn't understand properly. He showed genuine sincerity towards my family and spoke to us like we were more than just a customer. My mum and I are delighted to be dealing with your company.

Would highly recommend Bannerman Seat especially there salesman Calum who was absolutely world class could not have helped us enough he is an absolute credit to Bannerman’s. will get more cars in years to come from them.

This is my 2nd car from Bannermans and I've been dealing with Callum for 7 years now. He always is cheerful and professional, very easy to talk to, helpful and knows the vehicles inside out. I can't imagine going anywhere else now.
