James from the start has been very respectful and listened to all my concerns with changing my boiler. He was able to give me a range of combinations till we found one that worked. James was respectful when in my home, wearing covers over his shoes and ensuring I could hear him as I’m deaf.His staff did an amazing job the apprentice who came with the heating engineer was very professional and respectful.I’m pleased with the work completed, communication with James has been outstanding, his staff need to follow suit and be respectful of the persons house when they are not present.I fully recommend the company.

Called out to fix an oil fired boiler issue. Holly who answered the phone was really helpful and it was fixed by the next afternoon. So impressed asked them to come back following week to service the boiler. J A Plumbing are a rare find, prompt, knowledgeable and were really good value. Already in the calendar to rebook service for next year. Brilliant. Thank you

I rang these guys with a leaking en-suite sink at 12.06pm on a Friday afternoon, the plumber knocked our door at 12.50pm to sort the issue out. Really impressed with that, I would use them again in the future if needed.

James, Kat and the team were fantastic, all were very pleasant to deal with.Initial meeting with James we were impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner, after the meeting he sent the quote through soon after. The quote was competitively priced so we went ahead.We had a new boiler installed converting to a new combi, the old cylinder and tank in the loft had to be removed, a new flue had to be installed in a new location. We had to make some last minute changes with the placement but that wasn’t a problem and James sorted it out.All was completed in great time and the place was left neat and tidy afterwards.I would definitely recommend to others.

Advice and installation work following failure of hot water tank and boiler timer. Removal of existing loft tanks and pipework, installation of new pressurised hot water cylinder and new timers.Work carried out while we were away. House was tidy and new system functioning well on our return.James gave us thoughtful and considered advice. The installation work has been neatly done and Holly was a delight to deal with. Very happy to recommend this company
