It was evident she is dedicated to her job, she worked tirelessly to make sure our chain was kept together and even spent time ringing and trying to get removals booked in when in the height of the summer everywhere was busy! Charlotte and her team were fantastic during the buying of our first home. Communication was brilliant. When the process was taking longer than expected, everyday they were on the phone to both solicitors pushing for answers from both sides. This was a god send when working 5 days a week and not being able to do it ourselves on the time. I would highly recommend William H Brown as an estate agents! The welcome pack was a bonus too!
