Wouldn't even arrange to call me. Told me he doesn't work at this time on a Saturday.... Only wanted someone to come out the following day. Very rude and will not be using.

First class and prompt service. Tony turned up at the time arranged time (6.00pm on a Friday evening) and was able to diagnose the problem with my Neff single built-in oven and replace the faulty fan element. Nice bloke and knows his stuff. I would recommend him.
