Absolute shambles - you pay top notch for facilities and end up with steam rooms that are out of service for almost a year, sky pools you cant use as they have been sold off to film crews.You can't achieve a luxury environment if the service you offer is budget to say the least.

Swimming at a height of 35 meters! How amazing is that!!! Came visiting a friend who lives here, swam at the skypool ~ such a cool place to live in.

Terrible service from the concierges and the way they manage issues. They need training on customer management. You basically cannot complain for anything as they tend to blame it on the person making the complaint. Specifically the head of the concierges, Paul. Not tactful, very much entitled and maybe they are not aware of how much money we pay for the maintenance of this building.

Beautiful place to live in and visit. 2 gyms, 2 pools, saunas and steam. Very green with a cafe on the roof and lovely restaurants on ground floor. Very close to weitrose and Sainsbury’s. Big new play ground on sight

- Steam room: broken 10 months- No hot water: 3 weeks- Changing room lockers: 98% broken- Swimming pool: closure twice per week do to bad maintenance- Air con: horrendous, it’s not real air con and most of Ambassador has had no air con for 6 monthsDo not move here. I read these reviews and didn’t listen and regret it. Please read this and look beyond the glitz and the glam. This is your life day-to-day and it will be greatly impacted.

Student accommodation for wealthy teens.Firstly - the staff are wonderful on-site. Friendly and go over-and-above. The actual complex however is falling apart and Ballymore who maintain it are a disaster who take years to action faults.Find a condo that’s newer and not run by Ballymore who’s notorious for bad management. You pay a hell of a lot for amenities and a lot of the time you have no access to them. Disregard positive reviews here. They’re fake or posted by visitors, not residents.1. No hot water for 2 months of this year for most of Ambassador - cold showers even in winter. Check other reviews it’s been happening for years2. Fire alarms go off at crazy hours and hallways smell of weed - like student accommodation3. Pool gets shut down due to chlorine level issues all the time.4. Steam room was broken for over a year (happened 3 times since 2015)5. Air con didn’t function for months6. No heating when it was 8 degrees for more than 1 week.My biggest recommendation to you is not to move here.

Absolutely terribly managed. Nothing ever works. For example the Internet that they force you to take is currently down and I cannot work. The steam room has been out of service for the whole year I've lived here. The sky pool again inaccessible. Moving out next week, but I will have absolutely no way to reclaim anything as I've never manged to find anyone willing to listen to my complaints. Is outrageously expensive for this level of service.

I visited with my friend who lives in the apartments, she got me a sky pool pass so we went together during my trip here in London, it was so cool!

I think it was Donald Trump, when asked if he'd visited the new US Embassy in London, replied - I wouldn't be seen dead in that part of London!" A very astute assessment I would say judging by some of the comments from residents of Embassy Gardens."
