Coaches here are both really welcoming and really knowledgable.The facilities are great too. All the conditioning/Weightlifting/Gymnastics equipment you need

As a 'newbie' to CrossFit, I have found CrossFit LE3 to be a warm, encouraging and inclusive place to learn new skills, get fit and make new friends. If you are tempted to give it a try, I would highly recommend CrossFit LE3, you won't be disappointed.

I love CrossFit LE3. If you want to train with a family and make friends and actually do exercise at the same time then join this place. They really care about you. As with most CrossFit gyms there isn't an amount of facilities so you can't have a shower or jump in the pool after but that's not what this is about. Im seeing results in my body and attitude to life here so I'll sacrifice that for the feelings I'm having :)

Great little box, was working in the area for a couple of days. Dropped in for a workout everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Did a drop in this morning. Really friendly affiliate and Laura was incredibly helpful plus really good workout.Would definitely recommend!
