Excellent service from Eva today. My grandmother needed to try several sizes and despite the store being busy, Eva was helpful, patient and good natured.

Was very pleased with service we got today. We were served by a girl called Holly who was very helpful. I needed some trainers and I tried several. Came away with 3 pairs and was pleased that I tried a few as a some didn’t fit as we and some were just perfect. Holly was very patient with me.

Our quest lead us to the Sketchers.While other shops had put little effort into helping us find the right shoes, the staff at Sketchers were more than ready to assist.We had the pleasure of being served by Laurie. She helped talk us through options and took time to find what we needed from our footwear. After some trial and error we found a great pair that made the search feel worth the time. We are grateful for the help and service!Overall - Great customer service and the staff collectively creat a friendly and comfortable environment!

Great customer experience today. I’ve bought a pair of shoes at the closing time so didn’t get a proper chance to test them out. I’ve realised at home that they were too tight on the sides. Came back following week to return them for a refund and was welcomed by Adam, the store manager. He was genuinely interested in the issue that I was having and offered alternative solutions with different technologies and shoe designs. Adam also advised on what I would use them for and how, thus I’ve managed to find a suitable pair of shoes (even though more expensive than the initial pair). Experience in dealing with Adam was second to none as he is not the typical pushy seller but an honest man trying to offer customers a more comfortable pair of shoes. Highly recommend Adam if you’re not too sure which type of shoe would suit your needs.

I'm really disappointed about store in Peterborough. Just came to return shoes which I bought couple days ago. I tried them at shop . I walked around the shop to check if they were comfortable. Now staff told me shoes are dirty underneath and they can't refund. How is it my fault they floor wasnt clean.I'm shocked.My family won't shop there any more.

I bought a pair of sketchers for work as desperately needed new shoes but by the end of the first day wearing them my right ankle was bruised and could barely walk I rang Peterborough store today and spoke to the manager and was told because I have worn them they wouldn't exchange.1 they are faulty so can't be resold so no reason they can't exchange or refund.2 how on earth am I ment to know they are faulty if I hadn't worn them once.3 for a manager there was no customer service there at all he was rude and showed little to no respect for my issue at all definitely will never shop there again they really need to scrub up on customer service skills starting with the manager himself it was possibly the worse customer service I have ever encountered .Advice to you all make sure they definitely are comfortable and ok before you leave or your stuck with a pair of faulty shoes.
