Today, after my experience with the staff of Seventh Sun, I decided to book with Lark and Berry for my ear piercing instead.I phoned this afternoon to confirm the time for my Friday 10th appointment but my call was not properly handled by the staff.Incidentally, ear piercing is free with Lark and Berry. One only needs to pay for the stud which ranges from £75 and above.I would have paid £20 to Seventh Sun this Friday for a standard single lobe ear piercing. However, after the unprofessional service that I received today, I am so glad to have discovered Lark and Berry. I am happy to pay 5 to 6 times more than £20 for its very professional reception.Online shopping is taking over human jobs because it serves all customers based on the same standards.Businesses need to work on the service orientation of their frontline staff in order to attract and retain substantial and growing customer revenue inflows.The foundation of a business is a solid and inclusive customer base.

I've had many tattoo's done by candy and my god what an amazing artist she really is, I've also had dealings with the other 2 girls jade and Courtney who are also amazing at what they do. I honestly would never go elsewhere now and would recommend them to everyone. The girl's will always do their best to accommodate any booking requests within reason!

A unique shop been located in Woolwich by the leisure centre been there for many years selling all different items like crystals, fossils, jewellery, smoking accessories, candles and incense. Staff are friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable would recommend

It's clean, which is the first thing I look for in a piercing shop. The stuff were Lovely and supportive, and you can always go back there to change your piercing jewellery they help.

It’s places like Seventh Sun that puts Woolwich on the map. Family owned and run for 30 years - a real local independent business that’s stood the test of time. Friendly, knowledgable staff in the shop area, extremely experienced and talented piercers & tattooists. I’ve got all my piercings and tattoos here and never had a problem. Would recommend to anyone visiting Woolwich as somewhat of a local attraction

The worst place ever second time paying for a horseshoe they have you pay for the piercing and very rude customer service I’m getting up to attend to my child she’s so quick to say don’t get up till you’ve been called! Rude. Then I asked her twice have you done it because this is the second fitting for the same piercing she said yes? I asked again are you sure I’m washing my face and there goes the ball! Came the next day after calling for an appointment and I was still waiting with my child! Then I had to ask 3 times for a disinfectant wipe. I wouldn’t recommend. All the best this is my experience.

Been here twice now, came for a lobe piercing and a conch cartilage piercing. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, I felt safe and comfortable, it's also clean. Definitely recommend to anyone getting piercing work done.

Been getting pierced here since I was 13 I’m now 22, only place I’ve ever really gone to and I swear by it, clean, affordable wonderful atmosphere and really nice staff
