Stayed in 12 Albion Street in 2013/14. Really great house with equally great landlords. House was spacious and had a nice, good quality finish to it unlike many student properties. I am remaining with StudentHQ for 2014/15 in a new property with 2 other people. Landlords inspire confidence definitely will not rip anyone off and happy to help with even the smallest issues. They do not skimp on broadband or appliances. Highly recommended!

6 of us are currently living in a house from Student HQ. It is comfortable and has great facilities with no issues so far. John and Peter are very responsive when emailed, and came over a few times to fix lightbulbs and help with heating. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently rented a house with StudentHQ Lettings along with two other friends. We had a brilliant year in a clean and comfortable property which had all the facilities you could possibly need. The landlords were very friendly and dealt with any issues we raised swiftly. Throughout the year I always felt safe and secure in the house and the local area. It is for these reasons that I would definitely recommend StudentHQ Lettings to any students looking for good and reasonably priced accommodation.

I lived in a student house (27 Alfred Street) owned by StudentHQ in the year 2013/14 and as a group of 5 i can say we all had an excellent experience. The property had been newly renovated that year and was lovely to live in. John was a great landlord, really helpful and friendly and prompt in dealing with any problems we had. I would highly recommend StudentHQ.

Fantastic accommodation for students! We rented a house with StudentHQ Lettings during our third year at uni and it's been great. The house was next to the uni (which was great) and any problems/questions we had were sorted straight away by the landlords. Would definitely recommend any students to do the same!

I rented 1 Shaw Street with two other students last year. A great cosy property and a good change from a flat to a house with the use of a comfortable living room. Expectations were exceeded with this property through the use of a provided TV in the living room and fast broadband.Couldn't have asked for better landlords, any problem we had including a minor case of damp was rectified promptly. I personally felt reassured I could call on the brothers for any issue.A great property, and reliable service. Would highly recommend StudentHQ Lettings.

I would recommend Student HQ for finding student housing. Both houses used for second and third year were of a high quality, in great locations and were well furnished. Our landlord John was very helpful, for example putting locks on our bedroom doors the very next day after asking. Paying rent was very simple, a text of John to remind us and then a bank transfer. I have enjoyed living in both houses with Student HQ and would recommend it to any student looking for a house in Lancaster.

Me and my friends lived in one of the properties owned by StudentHQ and thought our landlord John was very good. He responded to our calls immediately and any problems that occurred were fixed as soon as possible. Even when John wasn't available, Peter was able to help us out.I would highly recommend renting a property from StudentHQ, their prices are reasonable and the houses are well kept.

Peter and John are amazing landlords! They made me and my housemates feel really welcomed and cared for by always being quick to take care of any issues and queeries we had. The house was also in great condition and good location and just generally a pleasure to live in! Would reccommend!
