Johnsons Alfa Romeo Swindon were a pleasure to deal with. Wasif provided me all the information I needed on the vehicle I was interested in, I was given plenty of time to test drive the vehicle and never felt pressured at any point. Once I had placed the order for the vehicle Wasif ensured I was kept updated with the progress of the preparation of the car and the promised delivery date was met. Loving being an owner of Alfa Romeo Giulia and am still grinning every time I take to the road.

I bought my previous Abarth from here and was very happy with the car. I have been after an Abarth Comp for a long time and found a grey one in the Solihull branch online, that was brought to Swindon for me. I cant fault the sales people I have dealt with, they were always very responsive and helpful, but when the car had arrived there were some issues with it that needed sorting, mainly bodywork blemishes that were rectified before I picked the car up. I am still waiting for a new front splitter for my car which I have been told is on back order from Abarth and could be weeks or months to arrive. I am a little frustrated by this timescale if im honest. Since owning the vehicle, after 3 days I notice a rattle in the exhaust on start up, iv been told its a fault with the valve and the exhaust will be replaced under warranty and at no cost to me which I am happy about, but what I am not happy about is that I have been told the same thing that was told to me with the front splitter, that they do not have the exhaust in stock and it could be weeks or months before it arrives as it needs to be ordered from Abarth. I dont feel this is good enough and I am frustrated . If the exhaust was needed immediately to pass an MOT what would happen then? How would the part be sourced? I dont know why I am expected to wait a very long period of time, and also why this was this not checked before I picked the car up! I feel its a big coincidence that after 3 days of ownership I notice this issue. Again I cannot fault the service of the sales people but I just find the timescales for when parts will be delivered that are on backorder annoying. I do really like my new car and it is as fun as an Abarth should be to drive, I just want this issue fixed with the Exhaust ASAP so it is issue free; Considering the price of the car I dont think thats an unreasonable request.

I did post a negative comment regarding Johnsons after buying a Ford Transit Custom in Jan this year. I must apologise to Johnsons and their staff, they have been brilliant with any problems I have had since then, I did not give them a chance to sort the problem out and again I must apologise for this as well, I am not truly posting 5 star review for their help and professional attitude.
