Having studied Photography at Kingsthorpe College for two years, I am currently working for Lisa in a work experience situation. This is invaluable as I wanted to learn more about photography for my future career.In a very short space of time Lisa has added a great deal to my skill base supplementing my former studies.I am greatly enjoying working with Lisa, particularly when engaged in photo shoots. I really look forward to working with Lisa on the next one.Yesterday we went to a Wedding Fair at Fawsley Hall and I loved the experience whilst increasing my knowledge of advertising.I highly recommend Lisa B Photography as I have found Lisa really sweet, kind, considerate and very accommodating both to herself and her customers.She establishes an immediate rapport with her clients without undue pressure.

After looking at hundreds of wedding photographers Lisa was our clear first choice and so we were delighted when she was available for our chosen date. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and beautifully captured our special day, presented to us in a gorgeous leather bound album. Thoroughly recommended!

We searched our local area for a photographer used to working with pets (dogs in particular). We were finally recommended Lisa at Lisabphoto.Lisa obviously loves animals and I understand has several of her own. She immediately put our 8 year old Fox Terrier at ease and got to know him before the shoot.She quite clearly loves her proffession and this comes across in the wonderful photos she produced for us. Even though Lisa's quote was not the cheapest we felt that the pictures were worth every last penny and have a prominent place in our sitting room.

I have been using Lisa as our 'go to' photographer since our wedding in 2007; where she took some of my most treasured photographs. My husband hates being photographed and no one else has managed to take a good photo of him!! Since then I have used her for various pictures, including ones of my son when he was a tiny 2 week old, our puppy a few weeks after we brought her home - she coupled this with taking some of both the dog and my son (some of the cutest pictures ever), then some more when they were both a bit bigger, when I was pregnant with my daughter and finally some gorgeous pictures of her when she was 4 weeks old. The only thing I haven't braved to do yet is boudoir shots...she does keep trying to convince me, we'll see! Soon I will be asking her once again to take some photos of my family, so I can have even more treasured memories.I didn't have to use her for all these times, but I did as she captures moments no one else can. I have had friends say that they wish they had paid the extra and used her as their photographer for their wedding - a day when only perfection will do, as most people will only be doing it once!I have in fact used a 'studio based' photographer when my son was a few months old, I had a voucher so thought may as well use it. Yes the photos came out quite good (mostly because he is such a cutie) but there was nothing special about them, they were generic. Every time Lisa has taken photos for me, they have been that little bit different, something not everyone will have hanging in their living rooms.If you have looked at Lisa's work you will understand why I have all these positives to say about her! Don't regret using someone else and forever look back at your pictures thinking If only I had used Lisa"."

Where do I start......We first met up with Lisa at her beautiful home in rural Northamptonshire, she made us feel so welcome and with a glass of bubbly we spoke about our needs at length and she listened intently while dropping in valid and helpful pointers on how things should go. We then had a browse through some of her portfolio and the photographs were fantastic, so we went away and both agreed this was the best photographer we had seen and, we had seen quite a few. So we called and booked Lisa for our wedding, she was with us from early morning to late evening, and apart from the setting of group photographs we wouldn't have known she was there! I have seen many of our friends wedding albums, but the quality of our photos are so far superior and at no extra cost, this is one photographer not to be missed!

Lisa was a delight to have as our pre-wedding and wedding photographer. On the wedding day she was charming the guests with her Cantonese and capturing all the priceless moments. Thank you, we wouldn't recommend anyone else to share these special days.

Lisa is able to walk a fine line between storytelling and aesthetics. As a photographer she has delivered some of my favorite scenes of myself in our portrait session. Her best trait is that she can direct well but stay funny at the same time keeping it light. Recommended! Thank you Lisa!

We engaged Lisa to photograph the jewellery we make and to take some lifestyle shots. It was one of the best business decisions we ever made! I have never seen better product or lifestyle photos. Lisa is a consumate professional, she went out of her way to help and advise us in every aspect of the project. She went the extra mile for us and it really shows in all the photos. I recently had a portraiture photo shoot taken by Lisa Burrett. I can only say that I was delighted with the results. Before the shoot Lisa spent considerable time in discussing with me what clothes I should bring along and the possible ways of presenting me in the shoot. She also asked if I would mind if one of her students attended the shoot in order to gain experience. I had no problem with this at all. The actual shoot was a very enjoyable experience as Lisa Burrett has a delightful and engaging personality which immediately put me at ease. There was never a question of a time constraint for the shoot as it was obvious Lisa would only finish when she was completely satisfied with what she was creating. I was thrilled by the final results and was particularly impressed with her innate sense of composition and tonal contrasts. Thank you Lisa. I will treasure these photographs for ever.
