Very disappointed to have travelled to the this branch on my only day off to deposit a dollars cheque only to be told by staff that they do not have the relevant form to be able to deposit the cheque. They even admitted that they had been waiting on the forms since November! Being told that I cannot go to my bank and deposit money into my own account is simply unacceptable. As a customer of Halifax for 27 years I am disappointed to say the least.

I have tried on numerous occassions phoning this branch, and extremly frustrated with hang ups or going to automated banking, which I dont want, and very unhelpful.

The Halifax is located along Bow Street Lisburn alongside many other HighStreet banks and Building Societies nowhere near indicated on the map!Therefore address is correct location is not!

Good bank, has everything you need and expect like ATM's, automated cheque & cash lodging machines, info station, several cashiers, internet & phone banking stations etc, very kind staff, the only thing wrong is they do take a very long time indeed in here.

Rude, unhelpful staff on three separete occasions I've been there now. They know how to be unnecessarily awkward - avoid if you can.
