Fake friends!!!There was no zero otherwise I would have given 0 out of 5 stars!!!!They don’t understand their clients’needs and they have no heart and a bit of humanity to understand other people and their situations. We've been looking for properties to rent for months now as we have a baby, however whenever we found a property and called the agents, they gave us appointment and then once we viewed the properties and showed interest in them, they asked for details via email, but soon after made excuses to not give us the property on rent.And this was my third time that I’ve tried to get a property to rent with them.Really awful company.

Haven't worked for me as never been able to get me the deal for rental but might be good for others

Had several dealings with this estate agent by simply trying to book viewings. Every time they were extremely rude, and unprofessional. Say they will call you back and they don’t I tried to book a viewing the next morning after a property was advertised. Was told I could only have a 9.50 slot when there was other slots available. Rang back again spoke to Clare who said the property was now sold when I said that the open day wasn’t until the weekend she back tracked and said I will call you back. No call back again received won’t bother with them absolutely appalling customer service.

We had a good experience with Staples and King when selling our flat. Richard was very knowledgeable and got us a proceedable offer within two weeks of marketing the property at a price close to what we were hoping to achieve. This was just after the first lockdown. Clare then progressed the paperwork for us and was very responsive. The process took longer than we'd hoped but we would certainly recommend this agent. They were recommended to us by our neighbours as they did such a great job for them!

Very bad customer service once they booked the valuation appointment then one day before they cancelled it, said it’s waste of time to go there so we do valuation from the office.

STAY AWAYUnprofessional from top to bottom! No comms, no feedback, no replies to any emails and more than anything being clueless!!!No idea how these chaps even exist on the market!!Don’t get yourself fooled please

They are very rude, unprofessional letting agent. They are only concerned about money. No timely service will be provided after you let the property. Inspite of agreement with them, third party will inspect property to find fault and make sure that your deposit is not returned. Very ride and bad letting agent in the area.

Bad agent. I would give them a 0 if I could. We saw a property in Slough through Laura. To put it short, due to dire circumstances we had to move out of London. They said we had to give a month notice, and yet the entire process was taking unreasonably long. We wanted to know ASAP when we could give notice, or potentially lose the property. Our references were accepted Thursday, and by the weekend we still didn’t have any confirmation we could provide the aforementioned information to our landlord. Naturally, we got quite frustrated at how carelessly the agent was handling the situation, and I raised my voice. HOWEVER, all of a sudden, we get an email saying we “verbally abused” the agent?!?! The landlord was informed using this aggressive terminology and we lost the property. Thankfully we didn’t give notice because we would’ve lost our own home. Me and my family were quite taken aback. There were, no exaggeration, ZERO, insults, threats or even criticism thrown at Laura. Not sure how long she’s been in her role but considering the nature of it, she should know that customers will get frustrated when you’re dealing with THEIR LIVELIHOODS. Be careful upsetting this agent in any way or you’ll lose your chance at getting a home! Absolutely awful

Excellent service from David and the team. Long drawn out sale with solicitors at loggerheads, but Staples and King helped resolve any issues and kept me and the buyer fully informed at all times. Would use again, if we move again any time soon
