Kwik Fit - Sevenoaks

I had requested for an appointment to check my car (Peugeot 2008) which developed an engine warning light.Many other garages in town and even main dealerships couldn't give me an appointment for a simple diagnostic check, for weeks !! Kwikfit accommodated me for this diagnostics the very next day !! Also their prices were the most competitive of all quotes I received from several other garages, for engine diagnostics.They completed the diagnostics in about 15 min and told me what the problem was immediately - the biggest WOW factor was that they didn't even charge me for that service, since they won't be able to fix it. They advised me to take it to the main dealership to fix it.This is great professional ethics, in my opinion and I have no reason to look elsewhere for my car service needs.Would use their services again and happily recommend Kwikfit Sevenoaks, for their quick appointments, reasonable pricing and professional ethics. First MOT slot got cancelled, then a new one was rebooked and then got turned away from it because the bonnet wouldn't open how they wanted it to. We could open it infront of them (with no special techniques, literally opened it like a normal bonnet)Had a rude attitude when he was asked why it couldn't be MOTd. Was no bothered in the slightest about helping us

Only had an MOT, can’t complain. Would have got 5 stars if someone had answered the phone on the two occasions I tried calling.

Booked an MOT three days prior to appointment only to be called on the morning and told my a slot had gone and the next one was four days away. No good for people who have jobs to get to. When I tried to call back have been on hold for half an hour and still waiting to get my own money back?! Hold is extremely irritating with every two seconds being told they are ‘busy’. Never again.

Chose Sevenoaks one cause of the MOT appointment availability, although out of the way for me.MOT failed on the tyre - fine, I was told that a new one is ordered and to come back next day at a specific time for a tyre and retest. I came back next day to be told oh no sorry actually order hasn't been put through

The engineer made sure my space saver was stored correctly and made sure I had my locking wheel key. I like to use Sevenoaks branch as they have always been happy on my arrival. The double wheel nut check is a satisfying observation.

Had a loss pressure notice come up after leaving work in Sevenoaks and had a long drive via M25 home. Fabulous service all tyres checked no puncture and air checked on all 4 tyres. MMI reset would recommend

Been here twice for puncture repair, turned away both times, being disabled and with the motability scheme that pay for kwik fit to help disabled people with tyres, puncture etc this was very upsetting and stressful, felt helpless, so today when I had another puncture, i thought I'd try a different approach and phone ahead to guarantee there help, but 6 attempts calling them and nobody answers there phone,,, ended up going to see tyres and paying myself, quick to help me, i will now bill kwik fit for this as there paid by motability scheme to provide a stress free service to disabled people, if you get a puncher in sevenoaks AVOID KWIK FIT!!!! Awful
