We had a blocked rainwater drain resulting in a lake at the front of the building. The operative attended the same day was very pleasant and through unblocking the pipes and cleaning them. He kept me informed all the time of what and why he was doing it. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Thanks again

Wonderful experience. I had been without working plumbing for 24 hours, and the company i pay a monthly fee to for this coverage were completely unhelpful and caused a lot of distress for me. From first contact with the lady i spoke with on the phone at Metro Rod, there was a complete difference in the professionalism and empathy compared to what i had experienced the previous 24 hours with this other company. The engineer was out to me within 20 minutes of speaking with her on the phone. I apologise as I did not get his name, but he was so friendly and reassuring and i finally felt i was being helped by a professional. Within minutes he knew what was wrong, and had completely restored water to my house in under 30 minutes. He genuinely cared and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he had fixed it for my reassurance. Highly recommended and will be my first call if I need them again in the future.
