Awesome service. Cracked my screen on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. Price was very competitive to high street prices, where you don't get warranty, shipping and original parts. Definitely use again and highly recommend.

I found iDoctor via a recommendation from a friend, the staff were friendly and helpful, I'm not a tech expert therefore, I appreciated that I wasn't overcharged, and the chap tried to fix my phone cheapest option first, unfortunately this didn't work therefore, he didn't charge me for that service! I requested he order a new part which he did and promptly contacted me and fitted it! I've had no problems since with the phone and I highly recommend this business to others

Brought my phone in as the camera had stopped working, they told me it was very water damaged and would need a replacement camera (or it might be worth buying a new phone considering the cost of a camera and age of the phone). The staff were very friendly and delivered the bad news very kindly, and I really appreciated their honesty in telling me it would make more sense to buy a new phone instead of spend more money there. Also, the following day the camera is working again! Not sure if this is just by chance or because they have dried it and cleared the damage. Either way I am happy, thank you!

I went to Cribbs Causeway Apple shop to enquire the cost of a replacement front glass for my 4th gen. iPad Pro screen. £800, I was totally speechless. Then the sales executive said, we’ll you might as well buy a new 6th Gen. iPad Pro. Then the penny dropped, Apple of all organisations was conning me. Unbelievable. So I did some research,on the web and ended up with iDoctor, they would do the identical job for a 1/4 of Apple’s price, around £200. That’s more like it, after all it’s a perfectly good iPad apart from a thin piece of glass that was cracked. Don’t get me wrong, I love Apple products they are the best, without any doubt, but there after sales service sucks and you can quote me.

Called these guys at 3:45 absolutely panicked because my phone completely died and refused to charge. They told me to come straight down and by 4:20 I had my phone back in my hands fixed with a new charging port.Incredible service, would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Had an issue with what turned out to be a cracked Samsung tablet screen. Sent a photo in and the issue was diagnosed quickly. The part was ordered and was repaired the next day. Exceptional service! Was a positive experience from beginning to end. Thank you !

Cannot recommend these guys enough, my mum sent my phone off with them, my 10s Max had a rear smash, and my phone had arrived in even better condition to when I had originally sent it. Not only did they fix the smashed rear, the back of my phone felt more secure than it was before, as the glass was starting to click at the back, before the dreaded drop! Will not hesitate to recommend these guys to other people enough! And for the price, these guys are a no brainier! Also given all the bank holidays, I got my phone back in less than a week!! Just had my charging point fixed.It was done very quickly and there was no charge.I chose iDoctor due to the transparency around their sevices and potential costs.I really appreciated their honesty that it was only a small job.I would definitely recommend and I will use them again.
