Delightful hot drinks and light pastries served for elevenses, though the service was a little sporadic, with a long gap between the arrival of the pastries and the drinks

Had a lovely meal, the food was gorgeous, and there was a lot of it. The staff were lovely and arranged a special meal for my partner, who recently had an operation on his throat and required soft foods. The service was amazing and staff were happy, polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.The view of Milton Keynes is incredible, well worth a visit.We will definitely be back soon!

Just had drinks , offered a tab by the bartender which i accepted, literally got a drink & 3 min later was told it was late & needed to settle up ( 22:40 ) which I did , went back to the bar 22:57 asked for another 2 cocktails & we were told that the manager said no more cocktails yet they were making cocktails 4 the people next to us . Shocking customer service , didn’t eat so can’t rate the food . Disappointed once again with the poor service which is a shame because the place is gorgeous

I visited recently with a party of 6 and a baby to celebrate my daughters birthday. I would highly recommend it as a venue to meet friends and family. The food was really nice we had a Sunday lunch it was all perfect piping hot and perfectly cooked The service was just right too. Very friendly staff and professional.What attracted me to 14 as a venue when I was making the booking was the glowing reviews and of course the spectacular views of the city. When I booked I mentioned it was my daughters birthday. Not only did the restaurant manager arrange a lovely table for us overlooking the park , he also arranged a birthday desert for her too. Very nice touch that shows a lot about how they care and look after their customers. Anyway big thank to all concerned we had a lovely afternoon already looking forward to our next visit.

I stay regularly at latour for their comforble beds and for the best vegan burger in town. Service is also good. Justin at reception is the best! Nice, clean hotel with good views and a gorgeous 14th floor restaurant.

Don't pay attention to the moans of lack of ambiance or about being told off for putting feet on the table, I mean, those of us with a shred of respect would never do such a thing anyway! I dined here with my partner and I have to say it was WONDERFUL! Firstly the view is amazing, the food was just spectacular. It is certainly not cheap but one would expect that in a high-end establishment. The staff were all really lovely yet they are still finding their feet in such a new place, so the service was a little laps in places ergo 4 stars (which I hope I can up to 5 when we go back) Summary, this place is very worth a visit for a special occasion.
