Excellent Service, Very Friendly Staff. Would highly recommend to any one with a Ford Vehicle to take it to these guys for any Repairs/Mot/Service. They have always done there best to fit us in even at short notice for both of our vehicles.

The team at John Darke couldn’t have been more professional, efficient or fair. Upon arrival the Service Dept. receptionist was extremely pleasant and friendly and the process was very efficient. I was later called by the technician to note some other deficiencies in my vehicle, plus some other items to ‘keep an eye on’, there was no attempt to up-sell me. After agreeing on the repairs the technician called me back again to confirm what had been done and what post completion checks they had completed. They even offered to drop off my car at the end of a Friday. The ‘walk around’ video was as also very helpful. I found the whole experience pleasant and ultimately fair, with the right amount of contact and technical information sharing. Thanks so much to the team at John Darke and I’ll be back for the MOT in September.

Absolutely excellant help from these guys. I’d left my ignition keys in my car last Thursday morning whilst using the air pump for my tyres. Turned back to my car to find all doors locked!! Everything I had was in the car, phone, house keys, bag. No spare key at home (I was 6-7 miles away from home and was offered a ride back to get a spare key if I’d had one). They helped for 2 half plus hours out of their working day to try to get into my car. To no avail sadly, and in the end I had to ask one of the guys to smash a window. But at least they were more than willing to help. So a very big ‘THANK YOU’ to all those involved.

My car has been into Darke's a few times over the last 24 months for MOTs, Aircon top-up, some bodywork fixes and every time has been a smooth, friendly and professional experience. I've never been kept waiting (unlike the 20-30 min every time I've been to the main dealer) - they seem to respect my time as much as theirs.Yesterday, they gave my car a sparkling clean as part of the MOT, even the tyres and wheels! Impressed, it's the first time I've taken a photo of my car after coming out of a garage.I have had a very good experience at Darke's and find it difficult to suggest an improvement! I will be bringing my car servicing business to them.

Very organised and friendly company to be a customer of.Always gives great service and very accommodating and helpful.Have been going for the past three years and the service and attention has never wavered. I live in Bolton and travel to John Darke Ltd for all my servicing requirements . A trip just short of 3hrs each way. How many other Ford dealers must I pass on the way the mind boggles.
