We first met Ross and his partner Emily when they stayed at our Airbnb in Scotland. They are lovely friendly couple and Ross especially had a great fondness for dogs. Perfect as we had two. Little did we know that there would be a reconnection 4 years on because of our pets. Through instagram post we discovered Ross was about to follow his dream and set up his own dog care service. As we were going to book a holiday and not keen to kennel our dogs we got in touch. Dates were agreed for Ross and Emily to take care of our dogs as we now have 3.The experience was incredible with daily updates and Videos which was very reassuring for us. If you are looking for some one reliable, experienced and trustworthy I recommend Ross with no hesitation whatsoever. On our return everything was perfect the house and dogs were treated with love and respect. There’s so much more I could say as the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Ross dog sat for my Labrador cross, and I can’t recommend Leads Pets highly enough. He took the time to get to know Ruby and make sure she was comfortable with him, and then sent regular updates, photos and videos. Ruby was happy and content, and I knew she was in good hands. Thank you so much!

After recently been widowed I never thought that I would find anyone like Ross who is absolutely an angel.He came to the house to meet Nellie and then took us to a green space where Nellie could do her grass wriggling and go for a walk.His business and kindness has allowed me to know that I am doing the best I can do for my pet after our tragic loss.I would recommend him to everyone who needs that extra bit of help to forfill their pets lives.Ever grateful to have found him. My experience with Ross was fantastic , I needed a last minute pet taxi for my rottweiler to the vet , I sent a message late saturday night as I had been let down by 2 others not getting back to me, by 9am Sunday Ross had messaged me back explaining costs etc which i will add are very reasonable . I booked him for the next day (monday) and he was very accommodating, he arrived in good time and had me through leeds to the vet with time to spare , he patiently waited nearly an hour and got us back home safely. He has a well set up vehicle with cages or a harness option available for bigger dogs and even had a treat reward for my dog when he dropped us off . My dog also liked him instantly which is always a good indicator. I wont hesitate to use Ross again for any future needs, hes friendly , helpful and provides a great value for money service.

Casper has been a challenging dog from the minute he arrived at our house from Malaga in Spain. He is a rescued street dog who we believe LAB/GST, it is very rare we get visitors to the home, so Casper is very protective and tends to jump up a lot and mouth in excitement, he has never shown any bad signals with this behaviour in all the time he has been with us, he arrived April 2022. Ross is not fazed by any of this, and Casper happily goes off for his walk behaving very well for Ross. Here is to a new ‘pawsitive’ friendship between Casper & his new hooman best mate Ross!

Ross has recently started walking our 6 month old puppy Nova. He took the time to come and meet us all and spent some time getting to know Nova before her walks, it was obvious she took a shine to him straight away. Nova is loving going out exploring new places and meeting lots of new friends and we enjoy regular videos and pictures, showing us her having the best time! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ross to others needing a trustworthy, reliable and friendly dog walking service.
