I havent a clue about cars or tow bars so having to find a company who fits them and to tell them what i want, should have been a nightmare. However, the man i spoke to on the phone at the shiremoor branch was fantastic. He didnt make me feel stupid, he was very very helpful. I got back to him later to book car in for tow bar fitting. It was one hundred pounds cheaper than everywhere else and has life guarantee plus year guarantee on electrics. The day before i took car in, i looked at the reviews on here and was disturbed by the comments. I was in two minds whether to take the car in due to one person saying about scratches on their car etc and bad service. My partner took the car in next morning and one of the guys immediately took my partner to document any marks on car there already. The staff were friendly, professional and very careful.We are very pleased with their manner and the work done. Job well done ,thank you.

Emailed, and used there web site asked for a call back NOTHING ! Phoned them give them my details couldn’t find my on line quote on there system, took my details again in between chatting to his mate in the back ground said he would phone back , that was 3 days ago ! Totally unprofessional un reliable and not worth the stress. Plenty out there who treat you like a valued customer.

I had a towbar & electrics fitted to my new car in march 2020, we have been unable to use it until august bank holiday this year when I find it does not work properly, when I called in to the showroom I was told the wrong type of electrics (universal) have been fitted it should have been a dedicated system, I explained this was the type recommended by their staff but, was informed I should have gone for the dedicated system.So if you want electrics fitted to your car I suggest you find an expert elseware befor going to this place.£571.00 wasted.I have recieved your reply but as I stated in my review YOUR staff recommended this electics system, so I dont think i will come back to your showroom, I will find an expert to do the work.
