Hi, after a long 8 months I was back to work ready to start my week and after a couple of days found my PC password wasn't working. I was told with a weary voice that we still deal with Convene, I felt the lack in confidence since convene can't always solve the issue when related to a password issue, no fault of their own as this is usually controlled by managers.Anyway, I contacted convene and to my surprise heard for the first time since working for my company for over 10 years a female voice, which I always welcome in any company. Karolina was very helpful and friendly but most of all got the job done swiftly! Karolina told me that she was the only female left in the company in her department so I had to my bit for the world and rate and comment on here! We need more females in the IT field!
