Visited last Thursday morning and the customer seating area was absolutely filthy with remnants of food, crumbs & spillages on the tables, seats & floor. Made worse by 2 members of staff spending 10-15 mins arguing about why it hadn't been cleaned instead of just getting on with cleaning it.If that is the standard in the customer area I dread to imagine what it's like in the kitchen.Disgusting and actually quite embarrassing to witness really.

Ordered burger, fries and a pizza slice.Pizza was great. Burger was luke warm, and fries very cold.Cafe was not busy at all, but most vacant tables were very dirty and had previous customer's plates/food/cutlery on them, as did the floor. We sat at one end of a table which seemed clean but the other end had salt and ketchup on it and discarded fries under it.As we ate a memebr of staff cleared plates from other tables but never cleaned them (we were there about 25 mins).Quite disappointing really, as have visited a few times before and always had a good experience.

Bad service, ordered a full pizza to take out told to wait 10 minutes. Waited 20 minutes asked how long it would be and they said they haven’t even done our pizza when i asked the girl why she didn’t do it she said she doesn’t work in the kitchen, girl had an attitude and was rude. In the end we waited 1 hour for a pizza which should take 20 minutes max. Pizza also wasn’t cooked properly because they must have rushed it.

If you would like anything other than fast food then do not come to Asda cafe at Colne and waste your money. The hot drink cup had lipstick on it, the breakfast had a hair and the cutlery was filthy. The breakfast consisted of two hard eggs and when I asked at the counter if they could remake the eggs runny the rude females behind the counter stated they could not stand and watch the eggs on the machine to make them runny as they are busy. They also stated while we were ordering as the toaster wasn't on that they couldn't make us toast, however then they brought it with our meal which meant we had no choice to specify we wanted brown toast. Apparently ran by a company called Compass not Asda themselves. They want to sort their staff out they should be ashamed of them. Embarrassing.

Not enough choice with sandwichesand toasties. I get mine from the sandwich bar in store. No choice in either for fresh fruits or healthy snacks. Salads and yoghurts would be good.

Been a few times for brunch/tend to get a pizza and a coffee, some Oreos. The latte is amazing, and I love the American Sizzler and spicy chicken the most, but the meatball one is also quite delicious. The vegetarian supreme isn't a basic margarita like most stores and pizzerias do, it comes with mushrooms, mixed peppers, red onion, and sweetcorn.

Got told I couldn't order anything on my own, because I'm under 16, which makes no sense as it is a inside café? Staff seem rude every time I come.Food is great, just disappointed.
