Been going to the ladies here for a while to get classic eyelash extensions, and I will never go anywhere else. They are skilled, lovely and very knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

**update** Thankfully the no scarring was left from the chemical burn but thoroughly disappointed with the response from them. I contacted them initially by phone call and it was answered and employee directed me to wait a few more hours for burn to subside. So no idea why it says only email is available.I also did say clearly that I prefer tweezing than waxing given the option. Technician went ahead with waxing anyway. So again, disappointed that the shop takes no responsibility or care, and expect customer to sort themselves out even though I made it clear that it's the first time I'm receiving this treatment.The thing about beauty treatment service is that it IS very personal to trust other with your face and body. And it's quite worrying when the service provider doesn't actually show any sign of care :/------------------------------I had the lash curl/tint + brow lamination/tint. The staff were friendly, process was quite quick too took about an hour instead of 1.5 hrs as stated. No stinging for the whole process with lashes which was great. Brow lamination is also ok, but my main issue lies in the waxing of eyebrows - my skin was chemically burn from the wax.For the following two hours the skin was stinging and red, and my skin started to look like the top later of had been peeled off which was incredibly scary. Luckily the pain subsided after a few hours and the thin scab peeled off after 4 days.BUT - I do wish there was a warning before or an option to have them plucked instead of waxed which I'd prefer. I called the salon after treatment reporting the sting/unusual sensation, been told it was normal and should call back if it persists the day after, and I did - but no one picked up the phone unfortunately. So not much luck getting much help in that front.I have an image but google will not upload - maybe I can try again later.

Despite travelling here as their website clearly states that their Shoreditch salon they happily take walk-ins. They do not. Very rude to potential clientele.
