Lovely store, staff kind and very helpful. I have a spine problem and they helped me to the car, they didn't make me feel pressured as I was the last customer..they made me smile and were really pleasent.I would definitely go back to this store now, the woman in vets4pets also apologised when I told her regarding a previous experience with someone at the desk.She gave me a telephone number for the groom room and was really considerate of me.I was not wearing my autistic lanyard either so that shows that they were just generally being helpful!5 stars from me

Visited to have my Mum's cat 'Socks' checked out since she has hyperthyroidism. The staff there are very polite and efficient and the Veterinary Dr's. are especially caring of their 'patients'. My only criticisms would be that they need to be more informative about the payment possibily due before the appointment. And although we arrived on time, several other 'patients' were seen prior to us leading to a 20 min delay . This may be due to a 'backlog' throughout the day. All taken into consideration, with my experience of Vets over the years I would recommend them.

Store was clean, bright and welcoming. Appeared well stocked and staff were friendly and approachable. It was nice to see some of the animals, though hopefully they will get a home soon as some looked like they wanted to get out and explore.

We had to put down an extremely well loved dog. We received nothing but love and care from the vetinary team. They listened, did it the way we wanted and never rushed us. Thank you x

First time visit today, the staff seemed very friendly and helpful.The young lady in the Groom Room clipped my little dogs nails with no appointment, and Pippa was very relaxed with her. All in all, very pleased.

I have been to Pets at Home with my adoptive dog and then my Foster dog, and each time, I have found the staff to be very helpful when choosing and fitting a harness.

Great store. Always have such friendly staff who are willing to help.Good selection of food brands for all animals, as well as accessories and treats.I particularly like that you have vets 4 pets included in the store as these are my choice of vets.

Absolutely shocking. The staff are so rude. All gathered around the till having a laugh (which is fine), but when you have a customer waiting at the till and when they young girl on the till finally realised that I was waiting, without saying sorry for the wait or even acknowledging me, she carries on chatting and laughing like a banshee then puts my item through the till and the only words I get is that's £6.79. you would not get this sort of customer service from the letchworth branch.

Have a Pet, then the Stevenage store is the place to go. Helpful and friendly staff. There's a good chance to see some customers bringing in their puppies.

A friend of mine visited the store today and was ever so slightly annoyed to find that they had bought all the toys currently on offer already. I believe you should stock up new toys just for them, so they don't leave the store crying. If you could inform them via a private call please as soon as anything different arrives in store. Thank you very much.
