I was contacted about a cancelled appointment however, I was not aware of the appointment previously. Therefore, I had to rearrange the appointment and the engineer did not turn up. I called customer service before 17:00pm to ask if the engineer was on his wayI was informed to wait as he was a bit behind. At 18:00 no one called for the cancellation either. I waited all day for the engineer and a courtesy call to inform me of the cancellation would have been appreciated.In addition, I called the company the next day and they had no notes on the system for the appointment.Not impressed.Kept a note of the conversations, in case they send a warning letter.

Appalling service and don't deserve recommendations. 6 attempts made to book a gas safety check. Despite being told this was in hand nothing was followed through. I will give someone else my business.

Waited in all day, phoned them three times and they said engineer was coming in the afternoon. He never turned up and nobody phoned me to let me know he wasn't coming.

They really just show up to your home without even calling to see if anyones in. Most of the contractors are always in a mood and never have time to explain anything!

Hard to get in contact with them leave a voice message 3 calls made no calls returned .didn't turn up to appointment ... No call for cancelation either. Waited in all day using work holiday for a no show... Not best pleased one bit ..

I've been waiting for a boiler repair since 10th of december 2021, it's now 3rd February 2022 and still the job hasnt been completed. Terrible service and lack of communications.

First Class Service, arrived on time and fixed the problem!

Nightmare to get hold of, send rude letters saying to fail to allow access (untrue) no customer service whatsoever.
