Rude staff, slow communication.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda & Mandy from Mortons when purchasing a house. They both provided so much value. I'll definitely be using Mortons again, and couldn't recommend them enough. Great service!

Considering the price we paid I would’ve expected a much better service. Communication was absolutely abysmal. We completed on our house and they failed to even contact us to inform us we now owned the home. Really disappointed I had to reach out to them myself to be informed we had completed. The only reason we completed when we did was because I was persistent with them as they waited over 4 weeks to even reach out or keep us updated with the status of the sale.

I will put it very simple... avoid, avoid, avoid...

We have just used Morton’s for our sale and purchase and I cannot recommend them enough. Abigail was absolutely fantastic throughout. Prompt responses to emails and always available on the phone. Thanks again Abigail!
