If only there was a 0 rating... 8 out of 10 drivers are rude. 7 out of 10 cars are sticky filthy. the driver this morning hasn't even had a meter running, charged me a tenner for a £6-7 journey, probably the near death experience (oncoming vehicle had to abruptly steer out of our way as my driver just turned onto a main road without observation) was charged as extra... not once will I use them again

They cancel taxis when arranged well in advanced (4 days) by companies!You try and speak over the phone; subjected to rudeness and abrupt staff, especially the female on the control.Very happy to take money but not to follow through with the actual pick up!Disgusting! Avoid at all cost.My insurer has been contacted and removed from the customer care list.

Overcharged me, phone operator was rude as always, said he was outside and was 2 streets away had to walk to meet him in rainAlso rang few months back and made a booing in advance to get to work, they cancelled on me saying all their drivers was unavailable because they had to pray so I had to book an uber instead. Appalling

Great taxi company I use it very often...the lonely thing I have to underline is that some drivers have been not correct (company must have more control over) the most of the time they are fantastic like Amir who picks me up every week very early in the morning!!!! Kindness, nice music, spot on car and always nice talks!!!!

You always have to wait a lot, they always ask for more money than the actual amount it is a BLUE TOYOTA PRIUS! Most of the car is smelly and dirty!
