I booked my grandads car in for a Wednesday I took time off work unpaid to get the car in to arrive at the centre and be told they forgot to book my car in and there about to close at 4pm when there sign states they close at 5pm so they wouldn’t have time to do it absolutely the worst place I’ve been and I shall never return I’ve found a company who can supply and fit my tyres regardless if I’m at home,work or on holiday they never let me down it’s a shame about kwik fit cos they used to look after my company’s works vans but after this not anymore.

My car failed its MOT. Not surprising, it is a high mileage car and it is used for driving instruction. The young man in the reception, was able to book my car in the same day and do the repair. He kept me up to date all the way through. Exceptional sevice. Always kept informed of my cars progress. Was able to keep my car safe overnight when I couldn't get back to pick it up. Far better service than the car mabufacturer ever offered in the 7 years of ownership. Best service I have received in a long time. Even better than the manufacturers I get my cars from.

Received great customer service from Liam at Kwik Fit this morning during our tyre repairFirst and foremost he was friendly and completed the job very quickly. He was very thorough, explained the issue, and offered solution which saved us having to replace the tyre.Will happily return for any similar issues and would highly recommend.

Happy that the tyre got fixed instantly without any delay, but was a little disappointed of being overcharged. The same service would have costed me £176.50 instead of £234.38, if I would have booked online for the next day. This was my first time replacing the tyre of my car, so wasn’t aware of that. I feel, charging 32% extra for the same day service was a bit too much.

He accurately diagnosed the issue, efficiently carried out the repairs, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was in top-notch condition. What impressed me most was their transparency throughout the process, Rishi made sure that he explained each step. The car now runs like new, and I'm grateful for the top-notch service. I have been here a couple of times and will now make this my future garage.Ritchie is always genuinely ready to help! His knowledge, expertise, smile, friendliness and willingness is what customer service is all about! Speaking also with Finlay yesterday about cars whilst waiting and just having an honest conversation Is refreshing. It's nice to feel your custom is wanted not just needed.People will always remember how you make them feel!Thanks, guys, for the time given to our car and my hubbie and I.

Test started later than booked. Was called to be told there was a problem that needed fixing, and the team were fab to go from we can fix it on Wednesday" to "we can do it today".We then got another call about all the minor faults.We were then called to chase us up about when we were picking up the car - even though we hadn't been asked to come back quickly"

Went in a few weeks ago to ask about my tyre pressure & a gentleman added air however the pressure stayed the same. So came back today for some advise, as I walked in & went to speak to a man named Frank he straight away cut me & said “you can’t be in here go speak to someone in the office, this area is off limits to customers” I then apologised & said I wasn’t aware to which he responded in a passive aggressive tone “there's signs everywhere love”. I just found it really rude & didnt make me feel welcome at all. I already feel a bit lost when it comes to dealing with my car & he just reinforced that feeling. Really unprofessional & disappointing.
