Booked through book my garage for this morning for a service and mot. Got there at 9am and the place is shut up. Tried calling and it doesn't even connect. Called book my garage who have the same number on file and said my booking had been accepted, and the garage should of opened at 8. Shame, as i was hoping to support a newish local business, but i don't know if the business even exists! Avoid!Thankfully kwik fit save the day with a space tomorrow.

Booked online for am drop. Arrive at 9am to a run down looking place with no one there. Contact number not in use no future emails after original booking. Clearly doesn't care about online bookings(booked 5 days in advance so plenty of time to notice booking). Avoid at all costs

James did MOT and service. He was understanding that I need my car as a nhs nurse and collected it on my day off and got it back to me on same day knowing I was back to work early in the morning. Was honest, reliable young man who kept me well informed about any work . Would totally recommend!

What a terrible experience! He came to service my car, but instead he left me with the engine light open saying that the car needs a part that he‘s going to order it. He took £500 and out of me and never called me back! When I called him several time to ask him if the part came and when he‘s coming he completely disappeared. I feel that he broke my car and also stole money from me. Totally a scammer.

Got towed there by RAC as they were an approved RAC garage for repairs. Garage was supposed to open at 0900, but at 0940 still nobody had showed up. Ended up limping my car to another garage and while I was waiting there, someone from HPV showed up there to drop another customers car off. I cannot comment on the service, because I didn’t get any
