Excellent service from beginning to end. From Kelvin advising and measuring up to Mark and Brandon who came early to install the stove, were friendly and polite and completed the job before lunch. Kept our home very clean and tidy. Loved the wood stove and appreciated Mark showing us how to set up the stove.

Bought a Pure vision cylinder stove from Bradley stoves. Fantastic service, the stove is awesome and Tomasz the fitter was just amazing, no damage at all, you wouldn't even they had been here. Strongly recommend the company.

Brilliant company. I highly recommend them. From start to finish I'm very pleased with their professionalism. Mark and Dan who fitted the stove were amazing. So friendly, and extremely tidy. Everything was sheeted up , furniture cleared and floors cleaned up after. Mark was really helpful on giving me instructions on how to use the stove and even helping me choose a colour for the panelling. Thanks all.

Great design service, really pleased with all the advice given and great showroom. Paid the deposit. A week before install it got pushed back a couple of weeks and then a day before the delayed start we got another phone call to say our fireplace still had not even started being made. Cancelled as we couldn’t get a confirmed date. Very strange as up until then, everything was great.

Excellent service and product. We were given very useful advice that helped us to choose the right fire for us. Dan and Jarek installed our fire, they were very professional, they went to great lengths to cover floor and furniture, their attention to detail during installation was excellent. We are delighted with everything from start to finish and now have a lovely, cosy, attractive, efficient fire.

Bradley Stoves are such a fantastic company to work with, a great choice and well informed staff at the showroom. They have done a wonderful job in knocking out our old fireplace and installing a beautiful new wood stove. The installers (Mark & Brandon) were excellent their attention to detail outstanding. Kelvin the owner oversees everything, from start to finish and is always available to speak to, which is great customer service. We can't recommend them enough if your looking to have a stove fitted go here, really excellent service and advise. Thank you for such a great job we love our stove!!

A five star experience with Bradley Stoves. It was a pleasure to have Mark and Brandon fitting our new flue liner thanks to them we are also aware of problem with chimney and will be able to rectify this. As we needed a new chimney pot this was quickly sourced and put in place.Learnt a lot of useful information about using our wood burner as well. Thanks also to Kelvin.Louise and Jack for all their help with the organizing and logistics.I would certainly recommend Bradley Stoves to anyone contemplating new stove or dealing with an existing problem and am confident that you would benefit from their professional approach.
