Needed some advice before buying so I picked up the phone, spoke with Gary who's advice was spot on. Bought some skates just right for what I want and what I need, and they were despatched the same day as promised. Great advice, great price and great service.

I am over the moon with my purchase from Al’s Skateshop. The item I wanted for my granddaughter’s birthday was out of stock and Gary immediately phoned me to offer alternatives or to advise that the item I wanted could be ordered. My granddaughter said she was willing to wait and Gary ordered the item straight away. It arrived at my house early this morning and I am delighted with it. The service I got, both from telephone conversations and emails was second to none. Brilliant! Would definitely order from them again if the need arose. Thank you so much Gary, you are a credit to the company.

Couldn't be happier with the customer service received from Gary and Peter at Al's Skate shop. Went to the Blackpool shop with the intention of buy some new hockey skates and Gary helped correctly size and fit my new skates along with offering a lot of in-depth information gained through years of experience. Lovely atmosphere and a very well kept shop made it a relaxed personable experience. 10/10 , highly recommend.

Great place! the people are great!! Last week I ordered my blades and they came so fast! Just got them fitted today I can’t wait to try them he also punched my skates out there and then even though they was quite busy ! they’re always so helpful every time I go in! The lady I spoke to on Facebook kept me updated for when my blades came and which store to go to either Blackpool or Deeside as I live quite far away! would definitely recommend Blackpool als skate shop! Thank you to all who helped me today x

Travelled 3 hours and couldn't be any happier. Peter who helped us was so knowledgeable, new skates perfectly fitted and heat moulded. Couldn't recommend the journey enough 12/10. x

Fantastic personalised service. Pete was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Skates heat molded twice to make sure of perfect fit. Blades sharpened, really detailed demonstration of correct lacing technique and bonus free lace hook given. Thank you!!!!!
