Awful delivery time 2hr when supposed to be 45mins on Wednesday evening rang twice told driver had flat tyre (dubious) offered free things 330ml coke zero and prawn crackers bear in mind spent £25+ on my original order. Will not order again. Best to avoid imo

Poor food. Chicken and chips, chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked yesterday and terribly dry. Chips were cold not sure if this was because they has cooled or not cooked properly. Chicken curry. Curry was watery, rice was hard chicken wasn't nice again probably cooked the day before. Curry had no real taste. Rang to try to resolve the issue but only offer was another replacement or any 2 meals free of charge. But when you've got a meal uneaten in the bin you don't feel like another free one. If it was a restaurant you would be offered a fresh meal or the meal taken off the bill. No offer of a refund was made. The food could of been sent back minus a few bites and refund given but unfortunately this was not offered. No point in the owner answering this post as they were given chance to rectify the issue but failed with a simple 'all we can offer is free replacement meals other than that I dunno what else we can do'Thanks but no thanks. We will just not use again

First time of ordering a takeaway from this place. Food was cold, meat tasted of perfume and if you are going to provide a complimentary bag of prawn crackers at least make sure they aren't stale. Most definitely not one of the best places for Chinese and won't be ordering again

Ordered for 8.30pm delivery; 8.45pm; gave them a call only to have the phone slammed down on me three times! Shocking customer service and no apology when it did arrive. Average special curries, sauce was a little gravy-ish.

Thought we would try this place as in the area as it used to be so nice a few years back .. what the hell has happened?! Never had a takeaway this bad ! Greasy noodles, hard rice , chicken curry has the worst tasting chicken and is bland no taste , and the ribs so undercooked and full of fat, wouldn’t even feed it my dogs! Rang up offered a free replacement meal ! No thanks it’s the last thing you want isn’t it really ! Yak

Absolutely awful possibly the worse Chinese I have ever had! Ordered and was advised 45 mins took hour and half food really greasy and luke warm do not even entertain this Chinese

Absolutely…… DELICIOUS, a few days ago I was really hungry so I decided to order Kens. I had curry sauce and chips, it was the most amazing meal I had in my life! Defo recommend.
