Vantage Technologies - Data Management Software

Vantage supply an extremely helpful and flexible product in Sentinel. My company has nearly 30 modules now, each performing different tasks from incident management, to complaints, to risk registers, records of processing activities, data protection impact assessments, policy management, and planned preventative maintenance.They're also a very easy company to working with: a small team who are smart, professional, personable, and receptive to suggestions and feedback.

Healthcare Homes (HH) purchased and implemented Sentinel in 2017 to 46 care homes and 11 home care branches.Sentinel is our web based risk management system and is utilised to record, monitor and report on accidents/incidents, safeguardings, complaints/compliments, auditing and enquiries.The system has grown somewhat since implementation and we have been able to customise the modules to meet our every changing needs and to ensure they are capturing all required regulatory information, aligned to our policies and can provide the required outputs to enable trend analysis and risk management.Prior to HH purchasing the system, all reporting was conducted on paper at home and branch level. Now we are able to meet the varying needs of staff within the business from Executive Board, central functions and front line operational colleagues.Our ways of working continue to evolve and throughout every development we make on the sentinel system we have been provided with first class support from the vantage team. The system has enabled us to work more efficiently, ensure we have robust governance processes in place and in turn saving time and money.

I use Vantage - Sentinel at work and it is a great piece of software. I am able to modify and develop modules to meet our own needs, and the support they provide is wonderful. Someone always picks up the phone, emails are always answered really quickly. The support team is really knowledgeable and great to work with. Would highly recommend Vantage to anyone needing better ways of managing incidents, facilities, assets, etc.

I have been using Vantage (Sentinel) since 2017, The software is very user-friendly, easy to use for; Creating and modifying various modules (Incidents, Risks, Audits, Maintenance helpdesk, Assets, CQC Compliance, Safeguarding to name a few that we have) to meet the organisations needs, Recording information, Reporting & creating dashboards.The User groups, Annual updates and support Vantage provide is always Fantastic.Vantage Technologies provide Great adaptable software & support and I would very highly recommended them

Have worked with Vantage for 3 years using their Sentinel system. Always find their support spot on. The system itself is very powerful and configurable and we have found it really beneficial to our organisation.

Vantage has revolutionised how we record, respond and manage incidents across the Hospice. It enables staff to enter ‘Real Time’ information and provides a simple way of recording and investigating incidents, right through to resolving, action planning, or lessons learned. The Single Sign On feature has improved usage immeasurably and is an essential feature for us. All our staff loves Vantage. We have created several modules based on other templates as part of the Enterprise package. It's a bit like taking a suit off a peck and turning into a Saville Row suit. Everything is bespoke to the way we want to report/record/analyse.
