DEBRA The Butterfly Skin Charity

Lovely new addition to Carlisle's charity shops. Feels really well merchandised and almost like a boutique. Lovely stock and I like the current layout of having everything arranged by colour. It's a classy shop. My only note might be that when I visited there was no music playing and it was sort of eerily silent?! Which was a bit unnerving. But can't really knock it for that!

Visited this new shop on 23.12.22, after newly opening.Disappointed with the lack of welcoming into the shop,interaction at the till by a male staff member.Not a good start at customer relations to the launch of this store

Was in today, shop is beautifully arranged in colours and sizes with accessories. Man at counter was very knowledgeable and pleasant and told us about a couple of dresses we were looking at. Lovely background music. We will definitely be back.
