My faulty lock was attended to about an hour after I made contact and at a time to suit me. The gentleman who called was friendly and professional and dealt with the problem efficiently and effectively. A job well done and reasonably priced as well!

Great job by the engineer but when I booked it, I was told there was an £87 call out charge. Not a problem, but VAT was added to that at the end, so the actual call out charge is £104.40.

Came out within the hour and opened the front door in about 30 seconds.... And then billed £116. Sales script of charging labour only 'by the hour or any part hour at £107 +vat' felt ambiguous at best. We felt ripped off.

I was locked out of my house with the keys still in the keyhole from inside, I made a call to Keytek at 8:00 PM and the call was answered within seconds. No hanging about and no pesky voice option.The lady was very helpful and dispatched a lock smith after taking few details.The locksmith arrived with 45 mins and helped me unlock the door.I made the payment via card.I will happy recommend Keytek anyone (if anyone gets into this situation unfortunately) for below points> Prompt answer on call (even at night time)> Locksmith arrived within an hour.> Quick resolution of the issue.> Electronic mode of payment.One downside - The told me £107 but the actual bill. But the actual amount came to be £128. I felt at the time , it was overpriced.
