Visited boots County oak to print off a handful of photos evening of 28 September 2022. I only had cash so was disappointed to find the machine only took cards. Luckily for me Assistant Manager Robyn was nearby and asked if she could help. Amazingly she offered to pay with her card and me pay her the cash. I couldn't find the photos on my phone which Robyn also helped me with. It was v important to me to get the photos printed as I was finishing a photo album off for my daughters birthday at the weekend. I am so grateful to Robyn and indeed All of the staff there are so helpful. Thank you!

It's amazing, they have pretty good diabetic range but it would be easier if it was all in one place like other stuff there. other than that it always has everything you need and you always walk ylout with more than you planned to buy!

Boots usually a great store but it's pharmacy seems to have shut down and the shelves in each section seem to have a lesser variety than usual and doesn't seem to be much special offers as before

Smaller store with less staff members, no one seems to be available on shop floor when needed and till service always seem to take awhile following no staff.Store offers less than most I've been to, but has the essential bits you may need along with a small baby care section too.

Handy branch to pop to for general items but very disappointing it no longer has a pharmacy in the branch which would be very handy for the workers on Manor Royal.

My baby needed medicine of course we needed it early Sunday morning. Here it said it was open at 9am and said Confirmed two weeks ago. Guess 9am and 10:30 are the same thing!!!

Staff are nice but also not enough of them and they are very pedestrian with pace…so there are perennial long queues here. I’ve now decided it’s never worth it to shop here anymore.

Boots need to pull their socks up. Loads of times been waiting for them to open at 9am. Only to be told no pharmist on site so they can not open store. Yesterday they opened at nearly 10am. Then had to wait at counter only be told they had lost my prescription 25 mins I was waiting the locum pharmist just stood there whilst the assistant manager looked. I have now changed myself and husband to a different pharmacy as this is just not good way to run a business.
