If there was a way to give no stars I would rate that to high for tress and bloom. I booked an appointment months ago not long after they opened. This was for my sons wedding. I have just called to confirm the appointment over the phoneSpoke to someone who did not give her name but all I can say she is no asset to tress and bloom. Asked my name 4 times, asked to check on my appointment which I told her was a week today and she had to ask me when is that. By the tone of her voice it didn't sound as if she enjoys her job at all. I could just screen shot my appointment to them that I made but, when she made no effort to try and get me an appointment anyway seemed pointless. Have booked elsewhere.
