Service is awful never answer the phone over 400 times of trying and still no answer so ended up calling another boots pharmacy where I got a nice polite gentleman who got hold of someone but problem was still not resolved. Wouldn’t recommend using this chemist at all

Worst service ever as soon as phone answered they shove you on hold when they take you off hold they hang phone up straight away it’s disgusting, not only that you don’t get your full medication that has been prescribed to you for years... when prescribed certain medications doctors for reflux or something for your kids they keep saying it’s not in yet for few weeks to then say they won’t order it in because it to expensive well sorry it’s not you that pays for it it’s nhs/ government. Don’t get me wrong couple staff are nice but rest of service is disgusting

Worst chemist i've ever had the misfortune to come across. There is so much wrong with this place it's hard to know where to start! It's an absolute shambles to say the least! Never seen decending chaos like this. As someone with an MSc in Structural Molecular Biology, and extensive experience in the vaccine and therapeutics industry, I feel more than qualified to say that this nothing short of an absolute embarassment! Maybe try also hiring some general staff who can move quicker than a sloth and have at least half a brain cell between them. That would be a start!!! Sort it out Boots!

Very pleasant here. The pharmacy team work hard to get your prescription done as quickly as possible. They do have a lot of people to accommodate bear that in mind. It's only a small pharmacy with a huge estate.

The Staff are doing their best but the store is just not big enough and there is too much demand from the local community. Often long queues outside the door 15 - 20 customers long. I believe this is the busiest Boots if not the busiest pharmacy in Colchester cramped in to a tiny shoebox and understaffed.

I feel bad for the work load. Never answer phones. Never have full prescription. I now use a more reliable pharmacy service in London!! Delivered to my door, by royal mail, on time never a problem every month. Also reminders when medication is running low..... absolutely brilliant, will NEVER use walk in pharmacies ever again!!

Over loaded and Pharmacist has near on every other weekend off , letting people down . It’s become more or less the norm that the Pharmacists don’t come in on weekend . Some nice workers there but that’s it
