Possibly the worst customer service iv ever had, Phoned technical for some advice regarding a twin fan setup over a single which isn't up to the job. Very cocky attitude, told to ask the retailer I purchased it from (Even though its a Spal item)

Disgusting attitude, phoned to discuss exchanging products I bought which I needed to change for a different spec. Point blank I was told it was not possible for them to except returns, this was company policy. Fair enough but I wished to question this as I would still need to purchase the correct units. At this point told they provided what was specified and it was my problem. No awareness of future business or press coverage from the project being featured in multiple publications. Happy to take my business elsewhere.
