Quick and efficient service. Been with the EE network for 5+ Years and highly recommend them. The store itself was clean and tidy and wheelchair accessible as it is ground floor.

EE staff in the Bon accord centre in Aberdeen when above and beyond to help us yesterday. Keep up the good work folks.

Absolutely horrible customer service and abysmal staff attitude and manners towards customers. Staff chew gum whilst talking to you, have horrible eye contact manners, and have horrible speaking manners/attitude. I was eventually greeted at the front of the shop and the member of staff just walked away, I stood at the front waiting for them to come back, the staff member pointed at where I should sit without saying a word to me. They pointed 3 times with their finger onto a chair from the back of the room!!!!One member of staff however was extremely helpful and friendly, and had great approachability natural charisma, so two stars.

What customer service? They don't answer the phone. Like, if you want to get in contact with them... you can't. Just go online, pointless store if the staff cannot do something as basic as answer the phone.

I visited the EE store today to buy a new phone and it was a wonderful experience. Destiny was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in her service and made the somewhat arduous process of setting up a new contract very easy and pleasant.

Terrible place and terrible customer service. I ordered and paid for a phone on the 1st Nov and went to collect it on the 2nd only to be told by people in store that they wouldn't accept my passport as it was a few months out of date ( even tho I had 5other id documents) and the email from ee. I then called customer service when I left and they proceeded to tell me that its up to the people in the store which ID they want to accept. They didn't give me my phone which ive paid for. It's now the 10th Nov and i still dont have my phone and i have just been charged a bill when i dont even have the phone ! I am beyond angry ive now paid over £170 for a phone that i dont even have. EE are terrible in store and on thr phone and the customer service is the worst ive ever dealt with in my life . One guy i spoke to didn't even know how to put in a complaint for his own company. And now ee have told me they cant do anything and i need to wait another 2weeks after they have took all my money . Feels like I am being SCAMMED by EE.

Unfortunately, I'm desperate to make a phone call abroad, my contract does not allow me to call abroad, more to call 0800 numbers. My opinion is I will do a deeper research into the future contract. I will probably not use them again. Under certain circumstances it's necessary to call abroad and unfortunately I picked a contract that did not allow me to differentiate between local calls and calls abroad. My fault, for not getting myself informed properly.

Fantastic had lovely girl Iona who couldn't of helped me more . Didn't get the name of they guy . But can't but thank you so happy when I left well done guys .bonaccord store Aberdeen.
