Not a very nice place to work.Management really have no care towards there employees. Pretty much made to work two weeks away then have 2 days rest even at that you have to search for your own digs for the following week. Not much of a life really. £50 overnight allowance each night you must pay out your own pocket to cover your digs & food before claiming it back. Not ideal in this current climate. Cannot use company vehicle when staying away (confined to your digs). There is no human resources within the company so if you have a problem with work related issues then its straight to the company director. Usally a blind eye gets turned every time unfortunately. Only pros to the job are getting to see different parts of the country.Not a happy environment to work in tho.If you leave to better yourself they will take all your holiday pay/ last pay & try charge you for training wich they already claimed as a buisness expense.Have watched many people come & go over the years unfortunately.
